Design:

Landsong Engineering was incorporated in 2002 and has designed all of our current projects as well as many others for related companies.

Development:

Ty Inc. is one of the more experienced underground and excavation companies in Northeastern Ohio. Currently operated by the third generation of the Simich family, Ty Inc. is responsible for all facets of development construction for Landsong Ltd.

Sales:

Our helpful and experienced sales staff is dedicated to helping customers find the right property for themselves and their families.
